Damon Runberg is the owner and Economist of East Slope Economics. He provides economic analysis, develops impact studies, and conducts other research services serving businesses and nonprofits. Organizations are increasingly looking to quantify the impact of their services. East Slope Economics was developed back in 2017 to help serve this growing need.

Nate Montgomery: Nate Montgomery is a seasoned insurance broker with Trucordia, a full-service private insurance brokerage, specializing in property and casualty. With an understanding of the unique risks faced by laundromat owners and their properties, Nate helps clients navigate liability exposures, property risk management and other strategies to help reduce insurance premiums.

Chris Rogers has been in the commercial insurance industry for over 5 years specializing in property and casualty, workers compensation and life insurance. Chris enjoys taking a holistic approach to ensure every aspect of the business is protected, including your employees (your most valuable asset).

Ryan Imbrie, CCIM is an accomplished commercial real estate broker with SVN Commercial Real Estate with a resume of investment transaction volume in excess of $500 million. As the Retail Product Council Chair for SVN International, Ryan works with clients nationwide to maximize the value of retail assets that he and his team market for sale. As a result of Ryan’s sales volume, he has been recognized nine times by SVN with their Partner’s Circle Award, President’s Circle Award and Achiever awards. The awards that Ryan is most proud of is the CCIM Transaction of the Year – an award bestowed upon a broker who exemplifies creativity, professional skills, integrity and perseverance in a transaction. Ryan received this award in 2014, 2016, 2018, 2022 and 2024.

Ryan’s time is dedicated to specializing in the sale of single-tenant and multi-tenant retail properties. One active investor who has worked with Ryan’s team stated, “I have worked with no other brokers in the Northwest area who can match their skills.” Ryan’s financial acumen, creativity and transactional experience have made Ryan an invaluable asset to his clients.

Prior to his real estate career, Imbrie worked for Xerox Corporation as senior analyst. His position was in the Color Printing and Imaging Division where he was responsible for managing an annual budget of $160 million and representing the company as the financial liaison in local union negotiations.

Ryan earned a bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University. In the fall of 2011, Ryan earned the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute.
